Following on from the success of the 2018 Passive Fire Protection Industry Awards, ASFP will once again be hosting the event on Thursday 5th December 2019. This year’s event will be taking place at The Pavilion, Tower of London and will welcome ASFP members and guests to celebrate the industry’s achievements. The day will commence at Midday with a drinks reception from which lunch and the awards ceremony will follow. The event will conclude at 17:00 allowing guests to depart the venue.

This form is for ASFP members only who wish to purchase a table of 10 at the event. Tables are priced at £1,485 +VAT per table. Should you wish to book individual tickets please click here. 

Please note only two table bookings can be made by one member company. Additional table bookings can be placed on a waiting at this stage by emailing: emma.brennan@asfp.org.uk.

Full delegate names for the table bookings will be required from the main booking contact no later than 3 weeks prior to the event.

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation policy for the Awards Lunch

Cancellations must be received in writing (via email) in advance of the event.The following cancellation charges apply:

a. 6-4 weeks’ notice: 50% refund
b. 4-0 weeks’ notice: No refund
c. Failure to attend: No refund

Payment

Payment must be received, in full, prior the event. If full and cleared payment has not been received you will be asked to make payment on the day of the event, the on-site card machine will incur a 5.4% surcharge (access to the event may be refused at the organiser's discretion for non-payment).

Terms and Conditions

1. The ASFP shall endeavour to ensure that the published programme is provided. However, the Association reserves the right to alter published timetables.
2. The event shown currently is offered by the ASFP and the contents remain the property of the ASFP at all times.
3. Accommodation is not available through the ASFP, delegates must make their own arrangements.
4. Refreshments: Catering is included for lunch, delegates must notify the ASFP offices of any dietary requirements prior to the event commencing.
5. Transportation is not included for the event, delegates must make their own arrangements.
7. Special requirements: delegates are requested to provide notice of any special requirements they may have.
8. The ASFP reserves the right to cancel an event at their discretion. The ASFP will endeavour to give 2 working weeks’ notice of cancellations.
9. The Association’s liability shall be limited to a refund of any booking fees paid.
