ASFP Colour books explained
Wednesday 23 September
The ASFP Colour Books provide definitive guidance on the full range of passive fire protection measures used to protect steelwork, ductwork, partitions, penetrations seals and other components in building structures. ASFP Technical Officer Dr Andy Taylor will review the key requirements outlined in each ASFP colour book.
He will explain how the guidance is developed by the relevant ASFP Technical Task Groups and describe how and why it is important to get involved.
Many of the Colour Books include links to the product data sheets of ASFP member products which meet the Colour Book requirements. The process for getting your product listed is explained and long term development plans discussed.
