Optimum Group is currently involved in six jobs on behalf of Barrett Homes, with the addition of a new project at Great Oldbury in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire
Optimum Fire Stopping Division is delivering residential passive fire protection to the new build project at Great Oldbury. Set within three acres of open space and amassing nearly 300 two-, three- and four-bedroom homes, the development benefits from the spectacular Thames and Severn Canal Towpath just a couple of minutes away. It forms part of an exciting new community which will include multiple play areas, sports pitches, and a new school that is due to open in the Autumn.
The site was recently visited by the Prime Minister, Boris Johnson who spoke about an inspiring new scheme which aims to enable more households to access mortgages on both new build and existing homes without the need for a large deposit.
Optimum Fire Stopping Division is extremely proud to be involved with ensuring residential builds are prioritising vital passive fire protection as an integral process in line with the very latest specifications and regulations. Strong working relationships within the project help to ensure developments are completed to the highest standard, efficiently and effectively.
