Recruitment drive for Neo

West-Yorkshire passive fire protection company, Neo, has created over 25 new roles after winning a string of new contracts. The roles are based in the Northwest, the Midlands and Yorkshire as the business continues to expand its client base nationally. Founded in 2014, Neo provides a fully compliant service to a range of clients across the country.

Neo has taken on over 75 employees in 2021 alone, having been awarded several contracts with various universities, student accommodation providers, healthcare facilities and local authorities.

To support its growth, Neo has invested over £44,000 into the training and development of all employees during the last twelve months and plans to continue this trend throughout 2022. Placing further investment into its training and development scheme, Neo is inviting those with no industry experience to apply and receive on-the-job training.

The first of many recruitment initiatives took place during the summer when Neo welcomed a group of promising recruits from nationwide employment scheme, The Growth Company. The initiative, developed to help the unemployed get back into work, was designed to promote career opportunities for all and nurture local economic investment in the Northwest.

The candidates, all from the Manchester area, underwent a four-week intensive training programme, initially at Neo’s on-site Training and Development Centre and later on-site.

Neo is also appealing for apprentice joiners and firestoppers to get in touch and enrol onto their apprenticeship programme. All live job vacancies can be viewed via Team Tailor on
