Introduction To Passive Fire ProtectionThe ASFP Online Introduction to Passive Fire Protection offers a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals, including design, installation, and inspection. Geared towards those exploring a career in passive fire protection, it serves as an initial stepping stone. Comprising 8 modules, the course typically spans 3 hours, though learners have the flexibility to progress at their own pace, pausing and resuming as needed. Upon successful completion, participants gain insight into effective fire protection practices in buildings. This equips them to grasp the pivotal role of diverse fire safety measures, particularly passive fire protection, within the built environment. ASFP Courses are available to all but you will need to be logged in under your own account. EtexI have found the e-learning clear and a great way of learning the complex issue of Passive Fire Protection. The platform is easy to use and I like the way you have constantly raised questions to reinforce the learning. This will be useful when I am using the platform for my revision before the exams. alongside the course notes you have prepared. This is the best e-learning I have experienced, well done Phil.
Avert FireI always preferred one to one classroom learning, however from what I’ve seen to date with this programme has changed my opinion It is really interactive, fun and such an easy format to navigate.
Saft Safety SystemsI found this to be an excellent online course, with a combination of detailed instructional videos, interactive tests and case studies from the real world. I gained a better understanding of passive fire stopping principles and learned how to effectively implement them on site while also preparing for the IFE exam.

In my view, there was an excellent balance of theory underpinned by diagrams, drawings and video collateral to clearly demonstrate the importance and application of the learnings.
