Finalise Your StandChoose your upgrades and confirm furniture, branding, and optional add-ons by October 2025. 5. Booking ProcessHow do I register my interest to exhibit at Intersec Dubai 2026?
You can register your interest by downloading and completing the Expression of Interest form from our website. Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email with next steps.
What deposit is required?
A 30% deposit is required by 14 July 2025 to secure your space at the ASFP Pavilion.
How soon will I receive confirmation?
After your submission and deposit, our team will confirm your booking within 3-5 business days.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and standard online payment methods. Contact our team for further details.
Exhibit PreparationWhat’s included in the ASFP Pavilion package?
The package includes professional stand design and build, branding under ASFP and UK Pavilion banners, furniture, and full on-site support. It also benefits from our pre-show marketing.
Can I customise my stand?
Yes – you can add optional upgrades such as extra graphics, additional furniture, or tech add-ons to tailor your space.
When should I finalise my stand details?
Final stand details and any optional upgrades should be confirmed by October 2025.
Will ASFP assist with logistics?
