Terms & Conditions Apply. Free meeting room hire is available to members, subject to their annual allowance based on membership band, and subject to availability. While room hire itself is complimentary, all bookings are required to include the tea and coffee package, charged at £5.50 + VAT per person per day. This provides tea, coffee, chilled water and light refreshments throughout the day and supports access to the shared facilities. Lunch catering is not compulsory and may be arranged separately at the member’s discretion.
